Plant Operator with a Swiss Federal Diploma

As a plant operator you operate and monitor our production and manufacturing facilities along the entire value chain. You get to know every manufacturing process that is required for the production of a flowmeter. In the event of breakdowns and faults, you are able to act quickly and purposefully, carry out minor maintenance and repairs and monitor the process flow and quality during production. Independently or as part of a team, you make a direct contribution to the success of the company.

The apprenticeship lasts three years. The young people attend regular classes at a vocational school, the Berufsbildungszentrum Olten. Our apprentices are also offered the opportunity of international training (EUREGIO), that is, the completion of an internship in a foreign country close to the border. We strongly encourage their obtaining professional maturity during the apprenticeship with us.

We are looking for young people who are interested in technology, mechanics, mathematics and physics. Of course, they also need craftsmanship and the ability to work accurately. You should also be willing to work in shifts.

Suitable students: good secondary school students level A or E.

In August we publish the apprenticeship positions for the following year.
