Ceraliquid CPS42D è l'eccellenza digitale per le applicazioni chimiche difficili, i fluidi con bassa conducibilità o un elevato contenuto di solventi organici. Il sensore è progettato per fornire una risposta rapida garantendo un'elevata sicurezza di processo anche nelle applicazioni in cui i la composizione dei fluidi varia rapidamente. Ceraliquid CPS42D non è l'ultima generazione di Memosens. Per avere informazioni sul nuovo sensore Memosens CPS42E con funzionalità estese, cliccate qui.
Fluidi a bassissima conducibilità o ad elevato contenuto di solventi organici o alcol e fluidi con caratteristiche variabili:
Industria chimica
Impianti energetici, ad es. acque di alimentazione delle caldaie
Industria farmaceutica, ad es. acqua per iniezione
Con approvazioni ATEX, FM e CSA per l'utilizzo in aree pericolose.
Vantaggi
Resistente alla contaminazione grazie alla ricarica costante dell'elettrolita con ponte KCl e ad un elemento di riferimento separato
Applicabile in condizioni di bassissima conducibilità (5 µS/cm) grazie all'elettrolita KCl liquido
Adatto alla pulizia in linea (CIP) e alla sterilizzazione in linea (SIP)
Adatto a fluidi con caratteristiche variabili: la combinazione di elettrolita a KCl liquido e diaframma ceramico consente un tempo di risposta rapido
Massima sicurezza di processo mediante trasmissione del segnale induttiva e senza contatto
Consente la manutenzione predittiva grazie allo stoccaggio del sensore e ai dati specifici del processo
Costi operativi ridotti grazie alla riduzione del tempo di fermo del processo e alla durata estesa del sensore
