Information about the job profile
An apprenticeship at Endress+Hauser Flow takes apprentices a big step forward. In addition to professional support from a competent and dedicated team of vocational trainers as well as individual support, they benefit from various additional activities and interesting opportunities. Tasks
As a production mechanic, you assemble our flowmeters up to the quality check. You are using the following manufacturing technologies: screwing, welding, and soldering. With your individual work and as part of a team, you contribute directly to the success of our company.
Duration
The apprenticeship lasts three years. It consists of a two-year basic and supplementary training program and one years’ specialized training including assignments in various departments. The apprentices regularly attend the vocational school in Liestal.
Our apprentices are also offered the opportunity of international training (EUREGIO), that is, the completion of an internship in a foreign country close to the border.
Prerequisites
We are looking for young people with an interest in mechanics, mathematics, and physics. Of course, you also need craftsmanship are able to work accurately. The training is designed generally for people with hands-on, task-oriented skills.
Suitable students: secondary school students, level A and E.
