The patented thermometer extension neck with iTHERM QuickNeck quick fastener makes in situ recalibration effortless.
Added safety: The Dual Seal second process seal
The Dual Seal second process seal takes safety in temperature measurements to a whole new dimension. If a crack forms in the protection tube, the pressure in the chamber increases and the sealing assembly seals the housing against the insert. By doing so, Dual Seal prevents the medium from leaking. At the same time, it sends a signal to the control system. In the event of an error, the temperature signal is maintained. This means that, with iTHERM ModuLine, you're on the safe side.
Faster temperature measurement
The quicker the thermometer response time, the better the temperature regulation – we developed our patented protection tube based on this principle. Using a method in protection tube production and design, we introduce a special thermally conductive material between the insert and protection tube. This drives out the air that would otherwise have an insulating effect, ensuring an optimum thermal connection with the process. The result? Temperature measurements is up to five times faster!
Simple connection with Bluetooth®
You can easily use the Endress+Hauser SmartBlue app via the optionally integrated Bluetooth® interface. The intuitive app makes it possible to configure and display measured values. This way, the iTHERM ModuLine products can be started up quickly and easily.
